Fabritia D'Intino e Federico Scettri

Fabritia D’Intino (ITA, 1986) is a dancer and choreographer.
Graduated with a BA in contemporary dance at Accademia Nazionale di Danza (Rome) and ArtEZ (Netherlands), she is currently completing a Master’s degree in performing arts MAPPA by Matattoio, PalaExpo and ABA (Rome). From 2013 to 2019 she coordinates the Spanish platform Barcelona International Dance Exchange – BIDE curating the events in Europe and America.
Her activity includes stage performances, public space interventions, participatory projects and research formats. She works mainly in collaboration with other artists and her work has been shown in different international contexts such as Théâtre De La Ville, Sadler’s Wells, Festival Le Grand Bain, Dance City UK, Festival OFF d’Avignon, Sismograf Olot, Mons arts de la scène, Vetrina della Giovane danza d’autore, Teatri di Vetro, Festival Ammutinamenti, Danza Urbana, Young Jazz Festival, CAOS Museum, Casa del Jazz.
Collaborating with the musician Federico Scettri their project Wannabe is awarded by Fabbrica Europa (In Generazione) and Centro Pecci (TU 35 EXPANDED).
As dancer she works with different choreographers and visual artists such as Pietro Pireddu, Simone Sandroni, Giorgio Rossi, Riccardo Guratti, Salvo Lombardo, Giuseppe Vincent Giampino and Carsten Saeger. Since 2018 she is dancer and associated choreographer with ci.e Catsandsnails (France) and Chiasma (Rome).

Federico Scettri
(Rome, 1985) is a musician and composer based in Italy. He started very young to play drums and to perform with different bands, traveling around Italy and Europe. He worked with musicians like Gianluca Petrella, Giovanni Guidi, Francesco Bearzatti, William Parker, Paolo Fresu, and Jamaladeen Tacuma (to name a few). He recorded more than 15 albums and from 2007 to 2014 he extensively collaborated with the italian independent label called El Gallo Rojo. He had the chance to work with artists close to the pop scene (Patrizia Laquidara, Giovanni Truppi, Chiara Civello) and as well with more experimental projects (Pospaghemme, East Rodeo, Grace in Town).
Along with his acoustic drum set, on stage he uses laptop and live electronics, either playing with larger bands (Kolmitt) or in a performative live solo (Tools).
In 2016 he starts working as composer for contemporary dance collaborating with the choreographers Fabritia D’Intino, Clèmentine Vanlerberghe and Daria Greco. In particular his project with Fabritia D’Intino Wannabe has been awarded with the In Generazione Prize by Fabbrica Europa and TU 35 Expanded prize by Centro Per L’arte Contemporanea Luigi Pecci.
His current collaborations are with the bands Cosmic Renaissance by Gianluca Petrella, and C’mon Tigre by Marco Molinelli and Pietro Baldoni.
