Something is Happening

Something is Happening is a space for dialogue between dance, music and visual art, where artists from diverse backgrounds share a real time creation experience. Without a fixed score, the work emerges entirely from mutual listening, active presence and a shared sensitivity to what unfolds in the moment.
Sounds, movements, traces and actions continuously shape one another, creating unique compositions born from the interplay of multiple artistic languages and the shifting dynamics between artists, audience, space and time.
The event brings together around thirty participants: dancers, musicians, visual artists, choreographers and movement researchers, who employ improvisation as both a tool for exploration and a method of composition, allowing their distinct practices to collide, converge and intertwine.
The audience is invited to witness this open-ended process, observing how forms, relationships and atmospheres emerge and evolve in real time, witnessing and shaping the event as it unfolds before them. Visitors are free to stay for as long as they wish, navigating the experience at their own pace and moving through the various areas of the Museum.
It is within this shared space among bodies, sounds, images and gazes that the unexpected takes shape: a phenomenon destined to exist only for the duration of its unfolding, leaving its mark solely in the lived experience of those present.

The MAR Art Caffè will remain open during the event.
