Gruppo Ibrido was founded in 2021 by dancer Davide Tagliavini and director and digital artist Cinzia Pietribiasi. It is supported by Artemis Danza that produces Pollicino Show, the first work of theatre for the younger generations, finalist at IN-BOX Verde 2024/2025 and performed for over 45 performances. In 2024 Gruppo Ibrido won the call CollaborAction Kids with Walt e l’arte di volare and the call BUGS – habitat multidisciplinari per il teatro ragazzi with AiAiAi Pinocchio!
Cinzia Pietribiasi (1979) teaches Multimedia Dramaturgy and Aesthetics of New Media at the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo. She was Junior Scientist for a research project between art and science at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome in collaboration with the National Institute of Nuclear Physics. After obtaining her master’s degree in Conservation of Cultural Heritage, she graduated in New Technologies of Art at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. Her latest work entitled Padre d’amore Padre di fango won the announcement of the Stations of Emergency 2023 at Galleria Toledo in Naples, the First Prize and Critics’ Prize at the Rimini festival Le voci dell’Anima 2021, and is among the selected entries in the Bando Visionari for Kilowatt Festival 2020 in Sansepolcro (AR). As a member of Jan Voxel he won the call for Digital Residencies 2021. He performs with La Baracca, Testoni Theatre in Bologna.
Davide Tagliavini (1990) dancer, performer and choreographer, works with Emma Dante, Marina Abramović, Luna Cenere, Artemis Danza, Gruppo Nanou, Anna Albertarelli, Lara Russo and others. He choreographs the operas L’elisir d’amore, for the Teatro Regio in Parma, and Tristano e Isotta for the Teatro Massimo in Palermo. He dances in the plays by Luna Cenere, Vanishing Place selected for Biennale Danza in Venice and Shoes On selected for the NID Platform in Cagliari. She teaches the OVER Limited course in collaboration with CCN/Aterballetto. In 2024 she debuted her first solo dance piece THAT’S ALL, created for the Visavì Gorizia Dance Festival, selected by Danza Urbana XL 2025, This Must Be The Space – promoted by FDE Festival Danza Estate and Festival MILANoLTRE – WAM! Festival, Vetrina della giovane danza d’autore eXtra 2025 – Network Anticorpi XL.
