gruppo nanou

Created as a space for the comparison of the artistic visions of Marco Valerio Amico, Rhuena Bracci and Roberto Rettura, gruppo nanou was born in 2004 becoming a place where body, sound and image find a common language in choreography, giving life to an organic work.
Over the years the company has traversed important squares such as Fabbrica Europa, Santarcangelo Festival, Drodesera, Les Brigittines (Belgium), Unidram (Germany), Nu Dance Fest (Slovensko), La MaMa ETC (New York City, USA).
From 2019 the sound imagery is entrusted to musician Bruno Dorella, founder of several musical groups, including OvO, Ronin and Bachi da Pietra.
Since 2020 gruppo nanou has been collaborating with visual artist Alfredo Pirri, who curated the scene for the project Paradiso, a finalist at the UBU awards in the categories “best dance performance” and “best set design.”
