Arsura is a thirst that is generated through the emptiness, the absence, the resistance of a body alone in a vast space. It is a work about time.
The composition is a device that lists a series of unraveling of lonely, solitary flesh, omitting the before and after of a story. It is a suspended moment, charged with drama, where we observe the wreckage of the incident. We thus attempt to chase the ruinous end that necessarily decrees a silence, a darkness, not an applause, we hope. It is a work on lack and absence.
A primordial state, a faithful mirror of our research where light, space, disregard of time, bestiality at times, are tools with which to build and carve the inhabitation of a being.

Having always been intrigued by informal spaces, Nanou transforms the choreographic solo by and for Rhuena Bracci focusing on how the body modifies its alertness when placed within a “new” space, how action is capable of creating an environment to be epidermally traversed and perceived.
