Davide Tagliavini, choreographer, dancer and performer, debuted at the Visavì Festival in Gorizia with That’s All selected in 2025 for Danza Urbana XL and Vetrina della giovane danza d’autore promoted by Network Anticorpi XL and This Must Be The Space promoted by Festival Danza Estate and MilanOltre.
In 2024 he choreographed the operas L’elisir d’amore for the Teatro Regio in Parma and Tristan und Isolde for the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, both directed by Daniele Menghini.
As performer and dancer he works with Marina Abramović, Monica Casadei / Artemis Danza, Luna Cenere, Gruppo Nanou, Anna Albertarelli, Fabio Cherstich, Filippo Andreatta / OHT and others. In 2023 she danced in Luna Cenere’s piece Vanishing Place, selected by Wayne McGregor for the Venice Biennale Dance Festival. In the same year she danced the duet Shoes On selected for the NID Platform in Cagliari. With the Compagnia Artemis Danza she participated in international tours dancing in India, Africa, Canada, Turkey and Europe.
He conducts dance and improvisation workshops at the Studio XL training centre for dancers in Reggio Emilia. She teaches the course OVER Limited – Towards an integrated dialogue between dance and disability, promoted by the Emilia-Romagna region in collaboration with CCN/Aterballetto.
He is assistant on the project Genealogy of Luna Cenere, winner of the Danza&Danza Award in 2021. Since 2021 he is co-founder of Gruppo Ibrido and performer of dance shows for the younger generations, including Pollicino Show, a multimedia show for children of dance-theatre and digital animation with 45 dates under his belt in numerous Italian theatres. In 2024 Gruppo Ibrido won the CollaborAction Kids call with Walt e l’arte del volo and the BUGS call – habitat multidisciplinari per il teatro ragazzi with AiAiAi Pinocchio!. He graduated in International Relations from the University of Bologna in 2015.
