  SATURDAY – SEPTEMBER 5  ✦

• 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM – Artificerie Almagià
L’atto puro di tutte le metamorfosi – Yoga-based perceptual gesture practices with Francesca Proia, aimed at participants aged 15 and up

In this practice, the pure act of all metamorphoses is the breath. Starting from the breath, is it possible to trace a perceptual trajectory that leads to the place where the state we call dance arises? Through our relationship with the breath, simple gesture suggestions turn into dance. Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat.

• 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM – Centro Sociale La Quercia
C’è posto per tuttə! – Urban dance workshop with Silvia Dezulian and Filippo Porro / AZIONI fuori POSTO, open to everyone

Have you ever thought that your body has the power to transform the space where you live, inhabit and walk every day? An encounter for anyone wanting to experiment and play with the movement of their own body in relation to others and the elements of the urban landscape.

• 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM – Garden adjacent to Mani Fiorite Nursery School
Family Yoga with Federica Samorì – suitable for children aged 5 to 10

Family Yoga is a practice designed for adults and children. A unique experience that uses the Giocayoga® method to connect with oneself and relate to others through a fresh perspective built on connection, listening and empathy.

✦  SUNDAY – SEPTEMBER 6  ✦

• 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM – Artificerie Almagià
Between Form and Memory – Masterclass with dance schools led by Veronica Parlagreco

A movement workshop dedicated to exploring gesture as a trace of memory and a tool for transformation. Through play, improvisation and instant composition practices, everyday movements are observed, broken down and reassembled to generate new avenues of inquiry and create material for character building. The practice of CNF (Control and Fluidity) serves as the starting point, acting as a tool to investigate movement quality, rhythm and intention while developing a precise and sensitive listening of the body.

✦  MONDAY – SEPTEMBER 7  ✦

• 3:00 PM to 16:30 PM – Artificerie Almagià
Pratiche di mutamento – Masterclass with dance schools led by Sara Sguotti

This workshop builds upon Sara’s research for her latest project, ROSSOCREPA, focusing on the cracks in the female body during the generative state of motherhood, understood as a liminal condition of bodily transformation. Through physical improvisation practices, the masterclass explores themes related to body sensuality, the gaze, limits and states of constraint. Is it possible to become strangers, Other to oneself, and maintain a dialogue between parts, between the matrix body and its cracks?

✦  THURSDAY – SEPTEMBER 10

• 7:00 PM – Artificerie Almagià
Presentation of the editorial project dedicated to Generazione XL

 FRIDAY – SEPTEMBER 11

✦  SEPTEMBER 28 – OCTOBER 1

NOBODY, NOBODY, NOBODY. It’s Ok Not To Be Ok – Collective Experience – Workshop led by Daniele Ninarello with class 2G of the M. Montanari School
Realized in collaboration with the M. Montanari secondary school of IC Darsena.

Curated by Daniele Ninarello and Mariella Popolla, this workshop guides teenagers through an expressive and collective journey starting from the body, movement, and relationships with others. Through individual and group practices, participants are invited to reflect on emotions, vulnerabilities, a sense of exclusion and the need for recognition, transforming personal experiences into opportunities for dialogue, cooperation and shared growth. At the heart of the project are young people: their voices, bodies, experiences and ways of being in the world. The journey aims to value vulnerability as a vehicle for expression, listening and change, culminating in a collective performance where movement becomes storytelling, presence and a voice.

✦. SUNDAY – OCTOBER 4

4:15 PM – Artificerie Almagià
Voli letterari – A dialogue with books
suitable for children aged 6 to 10
In collaboration with the children’s bookstore Momo as part of the Mini Momo Fest.

✦  SUNDAY – OCTOBER 11

2:30 PM to 5:30 PM – Teatro Lo Zodiaco
Forte Forte – Workshop led by Cristina Kristal Rizzo and Diana Anselmo
In collaboration with Nerval Teatro as part of the Festival “L’Arte che include” (Art That Includes).

This workshop is open to both deaf and hearing audiences, thanks to the presence of local sign language interpreters.

Physical practices, methods, postures, and dialogues aimed at searching for a dance sensitive to the expressive power of bodies and sharing. The power of imagination primes bodies for movement and engagement with the world. The encounter between dancer and choreographer Cristina Kristal Rizzo and Diana Anselmo, a bilingual deaf performer in Italian and LIS (Italian Sign Language), shapes the workshop as a space of relationship and collectivity. Through physical practices—which embrace a respectful approach to differences—participants will explore methods, postures and dialogues to pursue a dance attuned to the expressive strength of bodies and sharing, allowing everyone, deaf and hearing alike, to build an ecosystem capable of transcending language and cultural barriers toward a strongly sustainable horizon.
