He began dancing as an adult obtaining a degree in Dance Psychology and Performing Techniques directed by Pablo Molero at the University of Extremadura. Within the training program of the \u00c0 Corps Festival (France) he receives training from choreographers such as Imre Thorman (Butoh), Laurent Falguieras, Fran\u00e7ois Chaignaud, Laurent Chetonne, Christine Bombal, Ga\u00eblle Bourges and Boris Charmatz among others.<br>He declares himself self-taught in his way of approaching flamenco language together with contemporary dance. He received the award for best degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, and in 2024 he completed his PhD on the physical and cerebral effects of dance and creativity in people with chronic pain with an outstanding Cum laude grade.<br>In 2018, he created the work <em>El Barbero de Picasso<\/em>, a tribute to Morente and the painter from Malaga, presented at the National Theatre of Nairobi (Kenya) together with a conference on the relationship between Africa and flamenco. In 2019, he created <em>8 Km en Mula<\/em> through the Instituto Cervantes in Sofia (Bulgaria), a work based on<em> Bodas de Sangre <\/em>by Federico Garc\u00eda Lorca with which he has obtained numerous national and international choreography and programming awards.<br>In 2020, he created the work <em>Flamencas<\/em>, premiered at the Escena Patrimonio Festival produced by UNESCO. He also began working for the circus, flamenco and dance company Albadulake, in the Serrana project, participating in the Almagro Classical Theatre Festival and the Dubai World Expo.<br>In 2023, <em>Flamenco Futuro<\/em> was selected by the Paco de Luc\u00eda Foundation and the Centro Superior M\u00fasica Creativa for the development of the Flamenco Lab 2023 program. In 2024, he premiered the work <em>DUAL<\/em> together with the musical composer Daniel Mu\u00f1oz \u201cArtom\u00e1tico\u201d at the Escenas do Cambio Festival in Cidade de la Cultura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>from Extremadura, Espa\u00f1a.
