Pablo Ezequiel Rizzo

Pablo Ezequiel Rizzo was born in Mar del Plata, Argentina. In 2004 he moved to Italy where he continued his artistic training as a performer at the Il Funaro cultural center in Pistoia and as a physical actor at the Metastasio Theater in Prato. Subsequently he devoted himself entirely to the study of dance, classical and contemporary.
In 2019 he graduated from the Dance Theater course at the Paolo Grassi Civic School of Theater under the direction of Marinella Guatterini. He studied with masters such as Maria Consagra, Paola Lattanzi, Ariella Vidach, Biagio Caravano (MK), Olivier Dubois, Julie Ann Stanzak (Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch). He subsequently worked with Alessio Maria Romano, Compagnia Nanou and with international names such as Elie Tass (le ballets C de la B), Zero Visibility Korp and Petra Fornayova.
During the academic career he develops his interest in choreographic creation, starting his career, aimed at a type of research on the body and on the voice capable of interacting with technology and new inorganic materials.
In the summer of 2020 he founded the CIW Collective and won the special mention of the jury at the Pesaro Hangartfest with RABEXPRESS. In 2021 he was among the finalists of the Residanza di Gabriella Stazio call, thanks to which he was included in the NU.DA. project.
It is currently supported by the Aiep association of Milan, by Movimento Danza of Gabriella Stazio and by the Hangartfest festival of Pesaro.
